These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Trac Optics Corp ("Trac Optics," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply when you use our website or place an order with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can order
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States and Canada.
Products, pricing, and availability
We do our best to describe and price our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.
If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we will let you know and give you the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, we may treat the order as cancelled.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send a confirmation or ship the item. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by paying, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any taxes and shipping. We may cancel or refuse any order we believe is fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.
Shipping
We ship within the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control. For Canadian orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your local authorities.
Returns and refunds

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or its servers.
- Copy, scrape, or resell our content without permission.

Intellectual property
The Trac Optics name, logo, product designs, text, graphics, and other content on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our products are training and performance gear and are not medical or safety devices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trac Optics Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the site means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, unless your local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
