Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. This policy applies to orders placed with Trac Optics Corp ("Trac Optics") and shipped within the United States and Canada.
What's eligible
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
Items that are used, damaged through misuse, or returned without original packaging may be refused or eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Any clearly marked final-sale items cannot be returned.
How to start a return
- Email support@tracoptics.vision with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and a return shipping address (and a prepaid label, if applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the instructions we provide.
- Once it arrives and passes a quick inspection, we'll process your refund.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 3–5 business days of approval. After that, it can take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account. Total time is typically within two weeks of us receiving the item.
Return shipping costs
Unless your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we can't be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@tracoptics.vision within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel before an order ships; once it's on its way, please use the return process above.
